Composition:
The product is composed of a Si-C main chain, and the continuous fiber bundle consists of micro-crystalline ß.
Performance features:
Silicon carbide fibers are very light, very resistant and of high modulus. They are resistant to chemical corrosion, rust, high temperature and radiation. These fibers have higher temperature stability than carbon and boron fibers. They have semiconductive properties, and preparation conditions can be changed to regulate the resistivity within a range of 10-1-107W·cm.They have good absorption and wave capacities. These fibers have knitability, weavability and other knitting ways characteristics. It is often used as polymers base materials, and in metal matrix and ceramic matrix reinforced materials.

Packaging:
Each tube of finished product is wrapped by plastic film,and then placed in a packaging box with a fixed setting, which can avoid damage on the fiber.
Storage:
Products can be stacked, and stored in a cool, dry, clean and ventilated warehouse.
Precautions:
The product can be easily broken into brittle fibers. Once broken, filaments easily enter into the skin. Fiber surface is impregnated of a treating agent which could be removed according to the use made of the fibers.
