Instrument Introduction:
This tester provides accurate determination of oxygen and nitrogen content. It is used in metallurgy,
machinery, research, chemical and other industries such as black, nonferrous metals, ceramics, rare
earth magnetic.
Instrument parameters:
1-Scope of analysis:
a)Oxygen :0.000 - 2%
b)Nitrogen :0.000-2% (0.5g sample, the sample volume can be expanded)
2-Analysis precision: 2ppm or 2%
3-Sensitivity: 0.1ppm
4-Analysis time: typically 2 minutes
5-Detector: Oxygen analysis using solid-state infrared detector, nitrogen analysis using high-precision
thermal conductivity detector.
6-Samples weight:0.2-1g (typically 0.5g), sample weight can be changed according to the content of
the sample.
7-Burner: Pulse furnace: Current 0-1000A, Power 7KVA, temperature 3000C.
8-Calibration: Two methods:
a)Using a calibration analysis
b)Repeated correction of the results of the analysis
9-Power:. 220VAC ± 10%, 50/60Hz, maximum power of 10KW.
